Muay Thai, also known as "the art of eight limbs," is similar to kickboxing and was developed in Thailand. Muay Thai teaches a person how to effectively strike with their hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Originally used on the battle field, it is now the official combat sport of Thailand and taught around the world.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, also known as the "gentle art," can be described as a system of self defense, a combative sport, and a great way to improve your physical health. Our Jiu Jitsu classes are both challenging and fun. We believe in building a good foundation so we always stress the basics when it comes to technique and movement.
